The view from our spacious lanai overlooking Shelter Cove Harbour. All it needs is you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the lovely harbour. The lanai is positioned to enjoy family dinners, watch the weekly fireworks show or just relax with a glass of wine. A 52" large screen television and DVD have been recently added to our living room area. Free WiFi is also a new addition that has been added. Our unit is a generous 1268 sq. ft. with enough space to spread out and enjoy your stay at Harbourside III at Shelter Cove Harbour. This unit was completely renovated in 2006 with new wallcoverings, furniture, carpet and improved can lighting. The kitchen and bathrooms were also renovated with new cabinets, sinks, appliances and Silestone counters in the kitchen and both baths. Our unit is conveniently located in the center of the Shelter Cove area making dinner plans a breeze. There are 6 restaurants (The Kingfisher, Scotts Fish Market, Little Venice, Parrot Cove, San Miguel's, The Ocean Grille and Bistro 17) all located a very short walk away. Mixed among these excellent restaurants are a unique variety of specialty shops for your convenience. Many activities such as dinner cruises, crabbing, dolphin watching cruises are also located in the harbour. Our complex boasts a lovely and private pool area with generous seating for sunbathing and a large shaded sitting area overlooking the pool. There are also two gas grills in the pool area for your convenience. The beach area is in the Palmetto Dunes Plantation and is accessed using your Palmetto Dunes pass that allows for easy parking at the beach. For those who need transportation to the beach or Shelter Cove Mall a Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle conveniently picks you up at a location in Shelter Cove Harbour that is steps from our complex. The Palmetto Dunes Plantation is home to 3 distinguished golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio and Arthur Hills. Our parking area is gated and monitored to make parking convenient and safe.
